The two heads of state held talks in a cordial and friendly atmosphere and exchanged extensive and in-depth views on mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries and international and regional issues of common concern. The two sides pointed out that since the establishment of diplomatic ties 30 years ago, the people of China and Uzbekistan have walked hand in hand as brothers, writing a glorious chapter in the history of generations of friendship between the two countries. The two sides agreed that since the establishment of the strategic partnership 10 years ago, the two sides have maintained frank, open and constructive high-level dialogue and established efficient cooperation mechanisms in political, diplomatic, economic and trade, people to people and cultural fields. Based on the high level of bilateral cooperation and the willingness of the two countries to further carry out comprehensive cooperation in areas of common concern, the two sides have decided to further deepen the China Uzbekistan comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era of close friendship, solidarity and shared prosperity. We hereby declare as follows: One side stresses that the People's Republic of China and the Republic of Uzbekistan are both at a critical stage of national development and national rejuvenation. China speaks highly of Uzbekistan's major achievements in political, economic and social reform under the leadership of President Mirziyoyev, the smooth implementation of the "New Uzbekistan" development strategy for 2022-2026, and the substantial progress made in Uzbekistan's national development and foreign policy of peace since its independence 31 years ago. China firmly supports the development path independently chosen by Uzbekistan and respects its peaceful, open and pragmatic foreign policy. The two sides will expand mutually beneficial cooperation, consolidate friendship and partnership, and practice a community of common destiny at the bilateral level. In order to effectively address threats and challenges to regional security and sustainable development, the two sides agreed to continue to maintain close high-level exchanges and active dialogue, and constantly strengthen political mutual trust and mutually beneficial cooperation. The two sides will continue to support each other on issues involving national sovereignty, security, territorial integrity and other core interests
