China always views China Turkmenistan relations from a strategic and long-term perspective, respects Turkmenistan's independent choice of a development path that is in line with its national conditions, opposes any outside interference in Turkmenistan's internal affairs and stable development process, and is willing to continue to firmly support each other with Turkmenistan to promote the continuous development of bilateral relations and benefit the two peoples. We should accelerate cooperation in non resource areas, and promote the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the strategic docking of Turkey's "Revitalizing the Silk Road". The mutual establishment of cultural centers should be implemented as soon as possible to build a new platform for people to people and cultural exchanges between the two countries. China is willing to set up Luban Workshop in Turkmenistan at an early date and continue to strengthen anti epidemic cooperation with Turkmenistan. China is willing to strengthen cooperation with Turkey within the "China+Five Central Asian Countries" meeting mechanism, implement the global development initiative and the global security initiative, close international cooperation, safeguard the common interests of developing countries and make contributions to promoting world peace and development. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkey and China 30 years ago, bilateral relations have developed smoothly and cooperation in various fields has been expanding. Turkey attaches great importance to its strategic partnership with China, and is willing to continuously deepen mutually beneficial cooperation with China in various fields such as economy and trade, natural gas, cross-border transportation, and people to people and cultural exchanges. Turkey firmly supports the one China principle and China's safeguarding of national sovereignty and territorial integrity. Turkmenistan supports a series of major initiatives put forward by China, which are conducive to maintaining international peace and security and achieving the sustainable development goals of the United Nations. Turkey is willing to work with China to promote the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the strategic docking of Turkey's "Revitalizing the Silk Road", and closely cooperate within the United Nations, the "China+five Central Asian countries" meeting mechanism and other multilateral frameworks.
