The two sides should continue to deepen the docking of development strategies and implement the Medium and Long term Economic and Trade Cooperation Plan between China and Kyrgyzstan. The Chinese side supports the implementation of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway project, is willing to promote the early commencement of the project, supports more outstanding Chinese enterprises to invest in Kyrgyzstan, and facilitates personnel exchanges and customs clearance of goods between the two countries. China is willing to strengthen cooperation with Kyrgyzstan, build a meeting mechanism of "China+the five Central Asian countries", implement the global development initiative and the global security initiative, resolutely safeguard international equity and justice, and safeguard the common interests of developing countries. Kyrgyzstan firmly abides by the one China principle, firmly believes that Taiwan is an integral part of China's territory, firmly supports China's position on core interest issues related to Taiwan, Xinjiang and Hong Kong, and is willing to strengthen cooperation with China in such fields as economy and trade, railway, epidemic resistance and security, and deepen Kyrgyzstan China comprehensive strategic partnership. Kyrgyzstan supports China's global security initiative and global development initiative, which are of great significance for promoting peace and development in the whole world. Kyrgyzstan is willing to work closely with China to build the SCO into an anchor of security and stability in Central Asia and jointly safeguard regional security and stability.
