It is more confident to study grounding

My teaching and research experience has never been separated from the countryside. Over the past 10 years, I have walked through many villages in Xinjiang, Tibet, Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi, Gansu, Henan, Hebei and other provinces. Some scenes are always clear when I recall them, and they form my impression of local China. Earlier, I had been to some villages and towns in Dongxiang Autonomous County, Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture, Gansu Province. As soon as I entered the village, I saw that there was thick loess on the ground, which could cover half of my ankle; The drinking water is bitter and salty, so the villagers have to put on a donkey cart and go out to fetch water; There are not many people who can read, and junior high school graduates are "highly educated"; Difficult travel, medical treatment and school are all big problems. Subsequently, we wrote a research report based on the actual situation, put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for local development, and the local government has also successively launched a series of poverty alleviation measures. A few years later, when I came here again, I was surprised to find that there are many changes - villagers have used tap water, cattle, sheep and other animal husbandry are in full swing, the county has set up a "ramen training class", many young adults have learned a craft, restaurants are flourishing... The material life has improved, and the mental outlook has also taken on a new look. The changes in Guizhou's mountainous areas are also obvious to all. Many years ago, I went to a village in Bijie for the first time. When I was half way there was no road in front of me. It took a lot of effort for them to climb from the foot of the mountain to the top of the mountain. They climbed over a mountain and finally entered the village. Later, I learned that many people here have never been out of the mountains in their lives. This experience has touched me a lot. I regard it as a research case and have been paying close attention to the development here for a long time. In recent years, I went there again. Ho, it has changed a lot. With the support of the national assistance policy, the roads have been opened, the village has become beautiful, the agricultural and sideline industries have flourished, and the local specialties in the mountains have been sold to Guangdong and Hong Kong. The elderly care, medical care and education have kept up with each other, and the villagers are more excited and energetic in their work. And Yunnan. After the relocation, the villagers' living conditions have reached a new level. Many villages have begun to implement the community governance model. Hospitals, nursing homes and other supporting facilities have been put in place at one step, and the living habits, health conditions and health conditions of fellow villagers have been improved. "Moving" is the first step, and the industry has to keep up. After the relocation of some villagers in Nujiang Prefecture, some people continued to work in agriculture, planting economic crops such as grass and fruit; Others went into poverty alleviation workshops to participate in agricultural deep processing. Land circulation, cooperative management and other models have matured, enhancing the ability of rural industries to resist risks, and villagers have taken a "reassurance". Over the past 10 years, I have witnessed these changes and deeply participated in the great practice of poverty alleviation. Our team has established more than 20 targeted poverty alleviation laboratories nationwide, providing fresh cases for our research and becoming an important platform for analyzing and summarizing the experience of targeted poverty alleviation. For example, I took my doctoral students to Wuyi County, Hebei Province, and did a lot of research. After in-depth understanding of the local poultry industry, I drafted a complete county industrial development plan. Later, the scheme proved effective. Wuyi aquaculture introduced some Internet companies to inject scientific and technological elements into the chicken farm. Each chicken has its own "QR code", and its quality and reputation have been greatly improved. The "running chicken" everyone laughed at really got rich
