On the 13th, Chairman Wang Yang of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) met with Mozambican Speaker Bias and Burundian Counsellor Sinzohagera in Beijing by video. China is willing to work with Mozambique to strengthen political mutual trust and strategic communication, expand practical cooperation, jointly build the "Belt and Road", strengthen coordination and cooperation in international and regional affairs, and promote the sustained and in-depth development of the comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between the two countries. The CPPCC is willing to enhance friendly exchanges with the Parliament of Mozambique, expand exchanges and cooperation in culture, education, health, youth, women and other fields, and constantly consolidate the political, social and public opinion foundation for the development of bilateral relations. Bias said that Mozambique China friendship and mutual trust are unbreakable, thanked China for its consistent support and assistance to Mozambique, and looked forward to more achievements in bilateral cooperation. The Mozambican parliament is willing to strengthen exchanges with the CPPCC National Committee and help the development of bilateral relations. The two sides should take the important consensus of the two heads of state as a guide, deepen political mutual trust, firmly support each other, and promote pragmatic cooperation to achieve more results. China is willing to work with African countries, including Burundi, to promote the implementation and effectiveness of the global development initiative and the global security initiative and safeguard the common interests of China, Africa and developing countries. The CPPCC is willing to strengthen exchanges with the Senate of Burundi to promote the development of bilateral relations to a higher level. Sinzohagera said that the Bulgarian side attaches great importance to developing relations with China, firmly pursues the one China policy and is willing to continue to deepen bilateral friendly cooperation. The Bulgarian Senate is willing to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the CPPCC National Committee of China to push the bilateral relations to a new level.
