They mainly engage in consultation and follow-up, with low pricing, absence of benefit distribution mechanism, lack of enthusiasm of doctors and hospitals, and their potential has not been fully tapped. The 2021 China Internet hospital development report shows that less than 10% of Internet hospitals can truly achieve effective and sustainable operation, and most of them are in a "zombie state" of building but not using or nibbling at it. To solve this problem, it is necessary to build an incentive mechanism for digital medical care.
