The seventh plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum was held in Vladivostok, Russia, on the afternoon of the 7th. Li Zhanshu, chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China, attended and delivered a speech entitled "promoting the process of world multipolarization and opening a new chapter in regional cooperation". Russian President Vladimir Putin, min Aung Hlaing, chairman of Myanmar's national management committee, Mongolian Prime Minister Oyun Erden, and Armenian Prime Minister pashinyan attended and addressed the meeting. Prime Minister modi of India, Prime Minister Ismail of Malaysia and Prime Minister Pham Minh Zheng of Vietnam delivered video speeches. The theme of this Oriental Economic Forum is "the road to a multipolar world", which is timely. World multipolarization is the general trend of historical development and the common expectation of the international community. China is willing to continue to work with the international community to take sustained and effective measures to promote the two major initiatives to take root, blossom and bear fruit, and bring tangible benefits to the people of all countries in the world. China is an important partner of Russia in the development of the Far East. China Russia cooperation in the Far East is an important part of cooperation personally promoted and planned by the two heads of state. China will further strengthen all-round cooperation with Russia in trade, energy, agriculture, infrastructure construction, science and technology, education, medical care, culture and other fields, continue to support and participate in the development of Russia's Far East, promote the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China and the in-depth docking of Russia's national strategies for the development of the Far East, and promote China Russia cooperation in the Far East to achieve fruitful results. Li Zhanshu stressed that Northeast Asia is one of the most dynamic regions in the world today. Deepening development and cooperation in the Far East will provide important opportunities for promoting security and development in the region. First, we should implement the global security initiative and maintain regional peace and stability. There is no other way to build a harmonious and peaceful common home. All parties can only work together, uphold a common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security concept, dialogue rather than confrontation, partnership rather than alliance, unity rather than division, adhere to the indivisibility of security, and constantly inject positive energy into the maintenance of regional peace and stability. Second, we should implement global development initiatives and promote regional openness and integration. We need to boost development partnerships, pool resources and platforms for cooperation, strengthen development policy connectivity, tap innovative growth potential, maintain the safety and smoothness of industrial and supply chains, create a more stable, secure and free trade and investment environment, and inject new impetus into the process of economic globalization. Third, we should deepen the docking of development strategies and enhance China Russia cooperation in the Far East.
