The charging infrastructure along the highway will become a "network" in 2025

It is expected that by 2025, the accumulated investment scale will be nearly 170 billion yuan. Many listed companies compete to join the company. The Ministry of transport, the state energy administration, the State Grid Corporation and the China Southern Power Grid Corporation recently jointly issued the action plan for accelerating the construction of charging infrastructure along the highway (hereinafter referred to as the action plan). The action plan proposes to strive to complete the construction of Expressway charging infrastructure by the end of December 2022. Define three phased construction objectives the action plan defines three phased construction objectives: first, strive to provide basic charging services in expressway service areas in regions other than high cold and high altitude by the end of this year; Second, by the end of next year, qualified ordinary national and provincial trunk road service areas (stations) can provide basic charging services; Third, by the end of 2025, the charging infrastructure of expressways and ordinary national and provincial trunk road service areas (stations) will be further densified and optimized, and rural roads will be effectively covered along the line, basically forming a charging infrastructure network along the road with "fixed facilities as the main body, mobile facilities as the supplement, full coverage of important nodes, good operation and maintenance services, and guaranteed public travel". The action plan proposes to use the existing land and parking spaces in the expressway service area to accelerate the construction or transformation of charging infrastructure. In principle, the charging parking space constructed or reserved for construction and installation conditions shall not be less than 10% of the parking space for small buses. The action plan also proposes to formulate and implement a phased coverage plan, accelerate the construction of Expressway fast charging stations, and improve the coverage rate of Expressway fast charging stations in the national ecological civilization pilot area and the expressway service areas in the key areas of air pollution prevention and control according to relevant requirements. We will promote the construction of super fast charging and high-power electric vehicle charging infrastructure in expressway service areas around urban agglomerations to improve charging efficiency. Support electric vehicle production, large-scale transportation and other enterprises to build, layout and replace power stations in service areas (stations). It is also determined by the potential market demand to encourage operators to implement preferential service charges and accelerate the construction of charging infrastructure along the highway. According to the data of the Ministry of transport, as of June this year, the number of new energy vehicles in China has reached 10.01 million. According to relevant plans and forecasts, by 2025, the number of new energy vehicles in China will exceed 25 million; It will reach 80 million by 2030. "The construction of charging infrastructure along the highway is a systematic project, involving construction land, power grid transformation, investment and operation mode and other links. It needs to coordinate the forces and resources of all parties, work in the same direction and promote in a coordinated manner." Chen wanjian, deputy director of the Highway Bureau of the Ministry of transport, said that the action plan encourages charging operators to give consideration to the reasonable income of investment and operation entities and the economic use of users, and implement preferential service fees during the market incubation period to ensure that the charging service fees are reasonable and standardized. The listed companies actively laid out the charging pile Market "which is good for the charging industry. The electric vehicle industry is developing rapidly, and the future growth space of the industry companies is large." As for the action plan, Yu Dexiang, chairman of Trident, told the reporter that with the rapid increase in sales and ownership of new energy electric vehicles in China, the demand for charging is also increasing. According to the calculation of Guolian Securities Research Report, if the construction end
