(our reporter / Chen Xinyan) Qingyuan Yingde, located in the southeast of Nanling Mountains, is the largest county-level administrative region in Guangdong Province. Yingde mountain has a unique forest, three rivers transit and a long history. As early as 1996, it was rated as the second batch of historical and cultural cities in Guangdong Province. Jiulong Town in Yingde is a microcosm of Yingde. Although the fragrance of wine is not afraid of deep alleys, faced with the situation of few people looking for it and brain drain, the treasure like natural endowment is also calling for an opportunity to revitalize Kowloon. Poverty alleviation and Rural Revitalization are like a warm wind, stirring the "spring water" of villagers' good life. Since 2014, Guoye tourism has responded to the call of the state and entered Jiulong Town. From planning to implementation to operation, it has made rational use of the excellent natural resources in the core section of Yingxi Fenglin in Jiulong Town and explored a mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation mode with the village collective. It has cut through the thorns and created two cultural and tourism business cards, Dongtian Wonderland and fenglinxiao Town, so that the villagers can live and work in peace and contentment on the land of their hometown, It also makes Jiulong Town a model for Rural Revitalization. (fenglinxiao Town tourist attraction) looking back: from targeted poverty alleviation to Rural Revitalization since the implementation of the "fenglinxiao town" project, Guoye tourism has proposed to build beautiful villages in China with the mode of "cultural tourism integration" + "targeted poverty alleviation". Under the guidance of the general office of the Guangdong provincial Party committee, Guoye tourism cooperated with the Guangzhou Poverty Alleviation Office and the Jiulong Town Government to find ways to revitalize the abandoned resources and activate the economy. After several rounds of discussion and negotiation, the project finally absorbed villagers from 18 natural villages in 6 administrative villages for joint construction, governance and sharing. Recalling the "difficult years" in the early stage of the project, the old employees of Guoye said: "at that time, the resources here were deserted. Women, old people and children stayed here, and the young and middle-aged ran away." In view of the current situation of poor villages, national tourism has explored the development mode of "new three changes", that is, resources become assets, assets become equity, and farmers become tourism practitioners, which has laid a solid foundation for earth shaking changes in villages in the future. In this way, National Tourism and many poor households in 18 villages "started their careers" from zero to one. With policies, plans, resources and original intention, the villagers gathered their energy and felt a sense of belonging. It is understood that the recruitment of employees of Guoye tourism actively absorbs "five categories of people", namely, local villagers, extremely poor households, college students, veterans, mentally handicapped, autistic disabled and drug addicts. They not only maintain their enthusiasm for high-end talents, but also never give up the bottom and marginal people in society, which is of great significance to the overall alleviation of poverty and the long-term stability of society. With concerted efforts, Guoye tourism soon cashed in the eight benefits of barren mountain land, income from poor households' equity participation, income from labor employment, income from supporting facilities, income from agricultural and sideline products, income from villagers' self support, income from poverty alleviation and student assistance, and assistance to beautiful villages. Walking on the path in the countryside, you can see the villagers smiling. In 2019, on the basis of summing up the previous experience in poverty alleviation, Guoye tourism sorted out the poverty alleviation work in that year, identified the key and difficult points, found the right way to get rid of poverty, and finally completed all the tasks of poverty alleviation. And now
