On August 21, a set of high-speed EMUs and a set of comprehensive inspection trains exported to Indonesia for the ya'an-wanzhou high-speed railway were successfully loaded in Qingdao port and sent to Indonesia by sea. This is the first wholesale train of Yawan high-speed railway, marking the official departure of China's first high-speed railway exported to foreign countries. Ya'an-wanzhou high-speed railway is a landmark project for the construction of the "the Belt and Road" and the practical cooperation between China and Indonesia. It is also the first overseas construction project of China's high-speed railway in the whole system, all factors and all industry chain. The high-speed EMU and comprehensive inspection train of Yawan high-speed railway are led by China Railway International Co., Ltd. affiliated to China Railway Group and designed and manufactured by Sifang Co., Ltd. under CRRC. It is the first high-speed railway train exported in China. The train is customized for Yawan high-speed railway in accordance with Chinese standards, with a maximum operating speed of 350 km / h and a 4-motor 4-trailer 8-car formation. Relying on the advanced and mature technology of Fuxing China standard EMU, it adapts to the local operating environment and line conditions of Indonesia, integrates the local culture of Indonesia, and carries out adaptive improvement. It has the characteristics of advanced technology, safety and intelligence, strong environmental adaptability and distinct local characteristics. The trains of Yawan high-speed railway project, including 11 sets of high-speed EMUs and 1 set of comprehensive testing trains, have been manufactured in CRRC Sifang. This time, the first batch of vehicles of the Jakarta Wanchai high-speed railway will be loaded and shipped in Qingdao port. It is expected to arrive at Jakarta port, Indonesia, at the end of August, and then be transported to the wanlunde karur motor train depot by road. The remaining vehicles are planned to be transported in batches before the beginning of 2023. It is reported that the ya'an-wan high-speed railway trains are transported from Qingdao to Indonesia's wanlund karul motor train depot, which needs to be transported by sea and land. The distance is long and the road conditions are complex. Therefore, CRRC Sifang has formulated a strict shipping plan, and planned the whole process from vehicle disassembly, protection, lifting, transportation and other links. It also carried out line survey and simulated transportation drill in advance, and adopted high-standard protective measures to ensure vehicle transportation safety. After the vehicles arrive in the local area, the marshalling commissioning and delivery will be carried out in succession. The Yawan high-speed railway connects Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia, and Bandung, a famous tourist city. It has a total length of 142 kilometers and a maximum design speed of 350 kilometers per hour. The whole line adopts Chinese technology and Chinese standards.
