In addition to hearing civil and commercial cases within its jurisdiction, it is also responsible for hearing rural tourism and other new business disputes. According to the nature and characteristics of tourism dispute cases, it has opened a "fast track" for eco-tourism efficient trials. The court will continue to accelerate the one-stop construction of the people's court in accordance with the construction goal of "the basic hardware meets the standards, the management and supervision are standardized and orderly, the 'two functions' of the court are complete, and the grassroots people are satisfied", and effectively make the work of the people's court to facilitate people's litigation and participate in grassroots governance. It is understood that Liaoheyuan town is located at the source of the East Liaohe River and the East source of the "Liaohe River system", one of the seven major water systems in China.
