According to the South Korean Meteorological Agency on the 9th, from 6:00 on the 8th to 8:00 on the 9th, the accumulated precipitation of xindafangdong in Tongque District of Seoul reached 422 mm, which exceeded the monthly average total precipitation of 348.2 mm in Seoul in August of previous years.
