This behavior is likely to damage the fairness of market competition, and even damage the business environment and political ecology. In fact, Chen made a profit far exceeding the "cost" of 200000 yuan by using the "inside information" obtained in advance. Wang Gengdong's disclosure of such information, which should have been kept silent, is actually an exchange of interests, exchanging work secrets for benefits. In recent years, it is common for public officials to use their work secrets for personal gain. According to the regulations on disciplinary measures, a party member's disclosure of confidential information is a violation of work discipline. The civil servant law also clearly stipulates that "civil servants shall not disclose state secrets or work secrets". "The first thing to propose is to be careful with your body.
