Private enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, are important channels for college graduates to obtain employment. In May 2022, the general office of the State Council issued the notice on further improving the employment and entrepreneurship work of college graduates and other young people. The Ministry of education instructed the provincial education departments to make good use of the coordination mechanism of the education work leading group, and took the initiative to work with local relevant departments to implement the detailed policies. For small and medium-sized enterprises that recruit college graduates in Ningxia, the relevant taxes and fees will be deducted according to the number of college graduates and 7800 yuan per person per year within three years.
