All localities accelerated the expansion of high-quality medical resources and the balanced distribution of regional medical care. The national regional medical centers have been established in 20 provinces, including Heilongjiang, Tibet, Ningxia and Xinjiang, filling the weaknesses of local areas in tumor, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pediatrics, etc., and the flow of cross provincial medical care in related specialties has been significantly reduced.
