2022-07-28
The reporter learned from the China Manned Space Engineering office that the Tianzhou 3 cargo spacecraft was controlled to re-enter the atmosphere at 11:31 on July 27. Most of the components of the spacecraft have been ablated and destroyed, and a small amount of debris fell into the scheduled safe waters of the South Pacific. On September 20, 2021, the Tianzhou 3 cargo spacecraft was launched into orbit to deliver about 6 tons of materials for astronauts' living, extravehicular space suits and extravehicular consumables, space station platform materials, some scientific experimental loads and propellants to the space station. During the in orbit operation, the tianzhou-3 cargo spacecraft has conducted two rendezvous and docking with the Tianhe core module assembly, and conducted a flight around test. After separation from the Tianhe core module assembly, space technology experiments were also carried out, which accumulated important experience for the on orbit construction and operation management of the space station.
