Focusing on improving the consultation and guidance ability of infant nutrition feeding at the grass-roots level, the notice points out that all regions should start and implement the training project to improve the consultation and guidance ability of infant nutrition feeding as soon as possible, take the knowledge and skills of infant nutrition feeding as the core, and focus on counties, townships and villages, carry out the training of basic level child health personnel, and provide scientific and standardized scientific knowledge and consultation and guidance services of infant nutrition feeding.
