The meeting pointed out that to stabilize the overall economic situation, we should not only implement macro policies, but also continue to promote the reform of "deregulation and service", so as to stimulate the vitality of market players. We should expand the application of electronic business licenses in high-frequency service fields such as market access, tax payment, finance, bidding and tendering, promote the synchronous issuance of electronic seals, and reduce institutional transaction costs. Strengthen the information sharing between departments and local governments, and improve the mutual recognition of electronic business licenses. Select some cities to explore the pilot of residents' electronic identity cards according to laws and regulations, timely summarize the pilot experience and find and solve problems, and promote the improvement of relevant laws and regulations.
