We should strictly implement measures for dike inspection, organize personnel to carry out 24-hour patrol inspection, especially for historical dangerous sections of Beijiang Levee, sand base levees, buildings crossing the levee, as well as small reservoirs, small hydropower stations, small levees, small ponds, high-level "ponds and other areas prone to danger. We should expand the scope of inspection, strengthen inspection forces, increase the frequency of inspection, and find and deal with leakage, piping and other dangerous situations at the first time. It is necessary to strengthen the allocation of rescue equipment and materials, prepare sufficient assault boats, rubber boats, sand and gravel, reinforcement cages, woven bags and various living materials, and effectively ensure the needs of flood control and disaster relief. On the premise of ensuring safety, we should pay close attention to the repair of flood damaged roads, bridges, electricity, communications and other infrastructure, accelerate the reinforcement of dangerous reservoirs, do a good job in epidemic prevention and control, drainage and desilting, restore agricultural production, and post disaster disinfection and sterilization, so as to ensure that there is no major epidemic after a major disaster and restore production and living order as soon as possible.
