The reporter of the economic information daily learned on June 13 that recently, the Ministry of human resources and social security, the Ministry of industry and information technology and the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council jointly issued the implementation plan for the basic engineering of manufacturing skills (hereinafter referred to as the plan) to guide all localities to speed up the training of high-quality skilled talents urgently needed for the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. The plan proposes that from 2022 to 2025, focus on key areas of manufacturing industry, establish a national skill foundation engineering training base, increase government subsidy training support for urgently needed occupations, promote the training and evaluation of skilled talents, optimize the use of development environment and incentive mechanism support, and create a manufacturing skilled talents team with sufficient quantity, reasonable structure, good quality and vitality. The plan defines six key tasks. First, select and build a national skill foundation project training base, focus on training and training of highly skilled talents, especially technicians, senior technicians, special technicians and chief technicians, and promote technological iteration and quality upgrading of the manufacturing industry. The second is to formulate the catalogue of government subsidized vocational skills training in the manufacturing industry, highlight the "high-level, sophisticated and top-notch" orientation, and appropriately raise the subsidy standard. Fourth, strengthen the selection, evaluation and employment of high skilled leading talents in the manufacturing industry, promote all qualified manufacturing enterprises above Designated Size to be included in the directory of training and evaluation institutions, and give priority support to the employment, selection and commendation of high skilled leading talents. Fifthly, we will comprehensively promote the training mode of skilled talents with the integration of work and learning in the manufacturing industry, vigorously build emerging and high-quality majors required by advanced manufacturing and other industries, develop high-quality teaching resource packages, and strengthen the construction of integrated teaching materials and training resources. Sixth, vigorously carry out brand vocational skills competition in the manufacturing industry, focus on the types of jobs in key fields such as artificial intelligence, industrial robots, machinery manufacturing and new energy vehicles, and promote more excellent and highly skilled talents to come to the fore.
