We will give greater prominence to improving the comprehensive grain production capacity, fully implement the principle that the party and the government share the same responsibility for food security, and strictly implement the assessment of the responsibility system for food security. We will implement the targets for grain production and ensure that the sown area of grain in cities at and above the county level only increases.
