No matter how the international situation changes, China will always be a good friend of Pacific island countries with similar aspirations, a good brother in the same boat, and a good partner moving forward side by side. In October, 2021, the mechanism of the China Pacific island foreign ministers' meeting was officially established, setting up a new important platform for China and the Pacific island countries to strengthen dialogue, enhance mutual trust and promote cooperation. China is willing to work with the Pacific island countries to strengthen their confidence in jointly meeting challenges, build consensus on seeking common development, pool joint efforts to create the future, and work together to build a closer community of common destiny between China and the Pacific island countries.
