The 118th chairman's meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress was held at the Great Hall of the people in Beijing on the morning of June 30, presided over by Chairman Li Zhanshu. The meeting decided that the 35th session of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress will be held in Beijing from June 21 to 24. The chairman's meeting recommended that the 35th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress consider the revised draft of the sports law, the draft of the black land protection law, the revised draft of the anti-monopoly law, the revised draft of the rules of procedure of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, the draft of the anti telecommunications network fraud law, the revised draft of the quality and safety law of agricultural products, and the draft of the Yellow River Protection Law; To deliberate on the proposal of the Supreme People's Court on submitting the draft civil enforcement law for deliberation. The Council of chairmen recommended that the 35th meeting of the standing committee consider the report of the State Council on the central final accounts for 2021, examine and approve the central final accounts for 2021; To consider the audit report of the State Council on the implementation of the central budget and other fiscal revenues and expenditures in 2021; To review the State Council's report on the effective connection between consolidating and expanding the achievements in poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, the report on the work of promoting children's health, the report on the inspection of the law on the prevention and control of environmental pollution by solid waste of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and the report on the review opinions; To examine the report of the credentials committee of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the credentials of individual deputies; To deliberate on relevant appointment and removal cases, etc. The chairman's meeting heard a report from the general office of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the appointment of Taiwan Province as the convener of the Consultative Election Meeting of deputies to the 14th National People's Congress, and decided to appoint Huang Zhixian, a member of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, to be responsible for convening the Consultative Election Meeting. At the chairman's meeting, yangzhenwu, Secretary General of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, made a report on the draft agenda and schedule of the 35th meeting of the Standing Committee.
