Lin zhengyue'e said that the 28th is an important day marking the second anniversary of the adoption by the National People's Congress of the decision on establishing and improving the legal system and implementation mechanism of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for safeguarding national security. The national security law of Hong Kong has been successfully implemented. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region has established and smoothly operated its national security organs in accordance with the law. It has effectively punished illegal and criminal activities endangering national security, achieved a major turning point from chaos to governance, and maintained overall stability. Wanglinggui pointed out that since the implementation of the national security law of Hong Kong, Hong Kong has bid farewell to the turbulent situation and the governance order of the special administrative region has returned to normal. At the same time, the flag of patriotism and love for Hong Kong is flying high, Hong Kong's rule of law index continues to rank among the best in the world, and investors' confidence in Hong Kong continues to increase. All these fully demonstrate that the national security law of Hong Kong is a powerful agent for the rule of law in Hong Kong, a guardian of the rights and freedoms of residents, and a reassurance for maintaining Hong Kong's prosperity and development. Luo Yonggang pointed out that the national security law of Hong Kong guarantees the opening of a new Bureau of good governance and good governance in the HKSAR. We should turn our love for the motherland and Hong Kong and our longing for a better life into a conscious action to abide by, support and implement the Hong Kong national security law, form a good situation for the whole society to jointly implement and defend the Hong Kong national security law, and give full play to the powerful power of the Hong Kong national security law to "protect the Xiangjiang River, control chaos and revitalize the country". Zhang Yong said that the SEZ should keep pace with the times in terms of concept, scope and methods in fulfilling its constitutional responsibility to safeguard national security. At the same time, we should also focus on cultivating a social and political environment for maintaining national security, effectively enhance the national security awareness of all sectors of society, make the concept of maintaining national security deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and strive to form a social atmosphere and political ecology conducive to the implementation of the law. Zhengyanxiong expressed the hope that the SAR governance team would further improve the legal system for safeguarding national security, and continue to make a start in the in-depth implementation of Hong Kong's national security law. The office will fully support the governance team of the Special Administrative Region, continue to perform its constitutional responsibility for safeguarding national security, and further improve its own system for performing its duties in accordance with the law. Zhengruohua said that the SAR government has the main responsibility to actively implement the national security law of Hong Kong and effectively promote the specific work of safeguarding national security from various aspects.
