We should comprehensively improve the effectiveness of meteorological service guarantee, accelerate the construction of the first line of defense for meteorological disaster prevention and reduction, vigorously strengthen meteorological services for agriculture, better ensure economic operation and serve people's livelihood, actively contribute to the construction of ecological civilization, and comprehensively improve the economic, social and ecological benefits of meteorological service guarantee. At present, China has fully entered the main flood season. It is necessary to strengthen meteorological monitoring, forecasting, early warning and service guarantee, and strive to do a good job in flood control, drought relief, disaster prevention and mitigation.
