In this regard, some members of the research group put forward suggestions on improving the "fine portrait" of middle-income groups, improving the construction of index system for middle-income groups, further ensuring the basic needs of migrant workers in cities such as housing, medical treatment and education, and activating rural property rights through system innovation.
