The "real name system for employment and vocational training of the disabled" can accurately grasp the employment and training data of more than 18 million licensed disabled people of employment age in real time, so as to provide more refined services for the employment of the disabled. The comparative advantages of human resources of the disabled are increasingly recognized and welcomed by employers. For example, the image thinking of hearing-impaired people is particularly developed, and they are not easily affected by environmental noise. They are very suitable for product processing, arts and crafts and design. At the same time, employees with disabilities cherish hard won job opportunities. They are based on their posts, willing to learn and work, and the spirit of self-reliance and self-improvement has inspired and spurred more people.
