Teacher Dong Xinchun, director of the teaching and Research Office, said: "only when we see the big self from the small self and the great righteousness from the small words, can we see the problems clearly and explain the truth thoroughly." During the course teaching, the teaching and Research Office requires students to speak and evaluate themselves. Each exhibition and study group should select not only the exhibitor but also the rater, and the students' score should account for 70% of the final score of practical teaching, so as to return the learning autonomy to the students.
