In terms of establishing a mental health service talent pool, the opinions put forward that, on the one hand, a leading group and an expert committee for employees' mental health service should be established to train a number of psychological management and service personnel of the trade union system; On the other hand, trade unions at all levels can cooperate with qualified third-party psychological counseling institutions and medical institutions to build a diversified psychological talent service team composed of trade union psychological service personnel, professional psychological counselors, medical institution professionals, social volunteers and other groups at the provincial, municipal and county levels. At the level of accurate mental health services, establish the mental health archives of employees, focus on key groups such as difficult employees, children of migrant workers, women and children, and do a good job in crisis intervention in time.
