The international community, especially the EU and European partners, should continue to increase anti epidemic and development assistance to Bosnia and Herzegovina to help Bosnia and Herzegovina recover its economic and social development as soon as possible. Dai Bing said that in order to maintain the long-term peace and stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina and realize the prospect of joining the EU, Bosnia and Herzegovina needs to find a feasible path to fully restore its sovereignty. The international community should provide constructive assistance in a fair, balanced and prudent manner in accordance with the changes of the situation and in the way that the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina really need. Choosing sides and standing in line by external forces will not help alleviate the contradictions and differences of all ethnic groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The arbitrary imposition of unilateral sanctions without the basis of international law may also intensify contradictions and complicate the already difficult situation. This is not an effective way to solve the problem. Dai Bing said that China supports all efforts conducive to maintaining peace and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina and appreciates the role played by countries in Serbia, Croatia and other regions in this regard. China has noted the significant increase in the number of personnel of the EU multinational stabilization force in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It is hoped that EUFOR will continue to play a constructive role in maintaining security and stability in Bosnia and Herzegovina, assisting in mine clearance and combating terrorism. Dai Bing said that China's position on the Bosnia and Herzegovina issue is consistent and clear. China respects the sovereignty, independence, national unity and territorial integrity of Bosnia and Herzegovina, respects the choice of the people of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the future of the country, and encourages all parties in Bosnia and Herzegovina to actively carry out constructive dialogue and cooperation to achieve national reconciliation.
