In 2021, China's pork output increased by 28.8% over the previous year, beef and mutton output increased by 4.1%, milk output increased by 7.1%, aquatic product output increased by more than 2%, and the quantity of "vegetable basket" products such as vegetables and fruits was sufficient and the quality was stable at high prices. Although food security is generally guaranteed, food demand will continue to grow rigidly in the future with population growth and consumption upgrading. Food security is a "big country", so we must pay close attention to it. Especially in the face of the current century's changes and the century's epidemic situation, and the world has entered a period of turbulence and change, we should deal with the uncertainty of the external environment with the certainty of stable domestic production and supply.
