We should pay more attention to and do a good job in stabilizing foreign investment, effectively stabilize existing foreign-funded enterprises, continue to increase investment attraction, and vigorously optimize the structure of foreign investment. All localities should give full play to their advantages and actively act, strengthen and improve the service guarantee mechanism for foreign trade and foreign investment, and help enterprises solve practical difficulties. Hu Chunhua stressed that we should focus on accelerating the construction of a new development pattern, strive to smooth the circulation of the national economy and promote the steady development of foreign trade and foreign investment. We should actively promote consumption, expand domestic demand and give play to the leading role of consumption in the economic cycle.
