In order to actively respond to the impact of the COVID-19, seize the critical period of job hunting for college graduates, and help more 2022 college graduates to find jobs smoothly, on May 9, the Ministry of Education launched the 2022 college graduates' Employment Promotion Week, focusing on nationwide special recruitment, supply and demand docking and other activities. The theme of the Employment Promotion Week is "do everything possible to expand jobs, overcome difficulties and promote employment". The main venue is set up in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, and five sub venues are set up in Beijing, Jilin, Shandong, Chongqing and Yunnan. The activity is started synchronously online and offline. The main venue and five sub venues will simultaneously carry out regional special job fairs, talent supply and demand matchmaking meetings, employment education theme education and other activities, which is expected to provide more than 600000 jobs for graduates. During the Employment Promotion Week, relying on the national 24365 college student employment service platform, the Ministry of education will successively launch a series of "24365 campus recruitment service" online special recruitment activities for more than 30 times, providing more than 800000 jobs. Among them, the employment and entrepreneurship Steering Committee of the Ministry of education will hold 10 special recruitment activities for enterprises in the industries of materials and chemical industry, energy and power, construction and real estate with relevant industry associations.
