Sheng Qiuping said that in the next step, the Ministry of Commerce will thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, adhere to the problem orientation, focus on the current and long-term, and focus on five aspects. "Guarantee" is to ensure smooth flow, ensure the stability of production and circulation in the field of foreign trade, determine the list of key foreign trade enterprises, and guarantee them in terms of production, logistics and employment, "one enterprise and one policy" to solve the practical difficulties of key foreign trade enterprises. "Grasping" means grasping orders, striving to ensure orders and stabilize the import and export of key industries and labor-intensive industries, supporting small, medium-sized and micro enterprises to participate in overseas exhibitions, guiding enterprises to make good use of free trade agreements and export credit insurance policies. "Strong" means strong support.
