According to the agreement, Zhuhai International Arbitration Court will provide a platform for Macao arbitration institutions to extend their business, and Macao arbitration institutions can handle cases in their own name in Hengqin. With the help of this platform, arbitration institutions, arbitrators and parties can not only cooperate with each other, but also exchange arbitration information through the platform, so as to promote the arbitration procedure with zero movement in the whole process. The platform opened on the same day has realized the whole process of arbitration process such as case filing, payment, court formation, court hearing and award. Due to the use of the electronic certificate signing service of the national administrative license and the use of time stamps to fix the electronic documents, it is convenient to realize the traceability of the certificate and ensure the due process. In addition, through the use of face recognition and electronic signature technology, we can "cloud court trial without closing".
