In terms of handling cases, the opinions are also clear, and the two departments have established a joint listing and supervision system for major cases. The Supreme Procuratorate shall timely communicate with the State Intellectual Property Office for major sensitive, difficult and complex cases or cases involving important industries in key fields. If necessary, both parties can jointly list and supervise the handling, strengthen business guidance, and jointly do a good job in case handling and public opinion control.
