This has a strong practical pertinence and accurately points out the common concerns of the international community. At present, the international community is paying close attention to the situation in Ukraine, which has become one of the "eye of the storm" affecting global peace and development. More than 30 years after the end of the cold war, the United States and Western countries are still moving against the historical trend, looking at the world with the old cold war thinking, stubbornly pursuing unilateralism and hegemonism, and trying to achieve their own "absolute security" by sacrificing the security of other countries. This is one of the main reasons for many chaos in today's world. It is an example that the typical body has entered the 21st century and the mind is still in the 20th century. Advocate the maintenance of international law and the recognized basic norms of international relations, adhere to acting in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations, and advocate the concept of common, comprehensive, cooperative and sustainable security. All parties should jointly support Russia Ukraine dialogue and negotiations to achieve results and peace; The long-term solution lies in mutual respect among major powers, abandoning the Cold War mentality, not engaging in camp confrontation, and gradually building a balanced, effective and sustainable global and regional security architecture. The Ukrainian crisis has provided a mirror for us to observe the security of Asia and prompted Asia Pacific countries to think deeply: how can we avoid repeating the mistakes of the Ukrainian crisis in the region? Since this century, the United States has been playing up the so-called "China Threat Theory". The Bush administration clearly stated that "China is a competitor, not a strategic partner". After taking office, the Obama administration has implemented the "Asia Pacific rebalancing strategy" to increase the checks and balances on China. The trump administration defines China as a "strategic competitor". After the Biden administration took office, it continued the "whole government" and "all fields" containment strategy against China during the trump administration, promoted group confrontation, and discharged the "May 4th March" formation in the Asia Pacific region from strengthening the "five eye alliance" to peddling the "four side mechanism", patching up the trilateral security partnership and tightening the bilateral military alliance. The above actions of the United States are to adhere to the Cold War mentality, unilateralism, group politics and camp confrontation, seriously interfere with and undermine the unity and cooperation of Asia Pacific countries, and bring severe practical threats and potential security risks to Asia Pacific security and stability. After the cold war, Asia has been booming and prosperous, which is mainly due to the hard won peace and stability in the region, which is worth cherishing. At present, the United States is drawing an ideological line in Asia, pursuing cold war thinking, unilateralism, group politics and camp confrontation, which is forcing Asia to face two completely different choices: either building a big family of openness, inclusiveness and win-win cooperation, or pursuing a small circle of cold war thinking and camp confrontation. The proposal of the global security initiative conforms to the needs of the development of the times and meets the common expectations of the Asian people. It is another full display of China's philosophy and wisdom. Asia has experienced hot war and cold war. It has experienced vicissitudes and hardships. It is well aware that peace is precious and development is hard won. Maintaining peace and stability in Asia is in the common interests of countries in the region. All countries in the Asia Pacific region should unite under the banner of genuine multilateralism, follow and follow the global security initiative, attach importance to the legitimate security concerns of all countries, uphold the principle of indivisibility of security, build a balanced, effective and sustainable security architecture, oppose the act of putting their own security above the security of other countries, strive to maintain a good situation of lasting peace, common development, openness and inclusiveness, and work together to create a brighter future.
