To deepen the reform of budget performance management, we should further improve the system, improve the whole process budget management chain, do a good job in advance performance evaluation, promote the improvement and expansion of performance evaluation quality, actively promote the disclosure of performance information, and compact the responsibilities of central departments and local entities.
