According to the Guangdong Provincial Health Commission, from 0:00 to 24:00 on April 6, there were 4 new asymptomatic infections in the province, all reported in Foshan. 1 newly diagnosed cases were imported from abroad (for the asymptomatic infected persons), and Zhongshan report from Taiwan, China. 27 cases of asymptomatic infection were newly imported from abroad, and 5 cases were reported in Guangzhou, respectively from South Korea, Thailand, Australia, the United Arab Emirates and Solomon Islands; Foshan reported 2 cases, from Singapore and Ecuador respectively; Dongguan reported 1 case from Malaysia; Zhanjiang reported 1 case from Vietnam; Shenzhen reported 8 cases, Zhuhai reported 4 cases, Huizhou reported 1 case, Zhongshan reported 2 cases and Jiangmen reported 3 cases, all from Hong Kong, China. 31 cases were newly discharged, and 175 cases are currently in hospital.
