On the morning of March 29, Liu moubin, a villager of locust village, Shuikou Town, Xingning, Meizhou, met with Liu Moubing and came to the "temporary court" in the field. Lu Honghui, President of nipo court of Xingning people's court, Meizhou, handled the case on site. In order not to delay the opportunity of spring ploughing, Lu Honghui had previously visited the village committee, informed villagers' homes, the town judicial office and the land and resources office, and surveyed and measured the disputed cultivated land. It is understood that during the absence of the landowner, Liu Yibing occupied Liu Yibin's cultivated land by filling soil and stacking stones for many times on the grounds of compensation. After negotiation, the contradiction became deeper and deeper, and finally appealed to the court. After mastering the situation of many parties, Lu Honghui patiently mediated with the parties. Finally, the two sides reached a mediation opinion that Liu Yibing should make reasonable compensation to Liu Yibin according to the area of cultivated land occupied and the grain price of secondary farming a year. Liu moubin said: "fortunately, the court solved it in time and did not delay rice transplanting. I believe there will be a good harvest of early rice." In recent years, driven by a local modern agricultural company, farmers in Dagang Town, HUAIJI County, Zhaoqing have planned their farmland for intensive management, mechanized farming and modern production and sales, and further improved their economic benefits. On the eve of spring ploughing this year, the farming time was almost delayed because some farmland was involved in litigation. Originally, in 2020, the agricultural company obtained the farming right of 1270 mu of farmland in Shangting village and Fulou village of Dagang Town through land transfer and contract farming. Subsequently, the company contracted the farmland to Zhonghui agricultural cooperative for management and purchased crops from Zhonghui cooperative after harvest. In September 2021, after the late rice harvest, Zhonghui agricultural cooperative filed a lawsuit in HUAIJI people's Court on the grounds of high land waste rate, requesting a judgment to terminate the contract with the agricultural company and asking the company to pay 200000 yuan for its rice purchase and operation expenses. Mo Xiaofei, the judge in charge of the case, said that the case was complex and time was urgent, and caught up with the epidemic prevention and control to limit the flow of personnel. HUAIJI court communicated the case of all parties online through the "smart court office system", and the 1270 mu farmland inspection was completed by coordinating the agricultural machinery department to send UAV equipment. It took the court only 40 days to clarify the legal relationship between the parties and confirm the termination of the contract. After receiving the judgment, the agricultural company immediately signed a contract with the new agricultural service company to ensure the smooth progress of spring ploughing and preparation.
