The Deputy Prime Minister and foreign minister of Qatar and the foreign minister of Indonesia attended the meeting as guests. 1、 Wang Yi first introduced the just concluded third foreign ministers' meeting of neighboring countries of Afghanistan, saying that the foreign ministers' meeting has further condensed the consensus of neighboring countries on the Afghan issue, reflected the common support of neighboring countries for the peaceful reconstruction of Afghanistan, and unanimously urged the initiators of the Afghan issue to shoulder their due responsibilities on the Afghan issue. The face-to-face talks with the Acting Foreign Minister of Afghanistan focused on listening to the Afghan interim government's introduction of domestic and foreign policies, expressing the concerns of neighbouring countries about Afghanistan, enhancing mutual understanding, and forming a consensus to help Afghanistan get on the right track, boost the economy and improve people's livelihood, so as to effectively maintain regional security and stability. Neighbouring countries attach importance to the governance efforts of the Afghan interim government over the past six months and affirm its commitments and initiatives in the fields of counter-terrorism and counter narcotics. Reiterates its willingness to carry out counter-terrorism security cooperation with the Afghan interim government and help it strengthen its counter-terrorism capacity-building. The Afghan side expressed that it attaches great importance to the concerns of neighbouring countries and will never allow external forces to occupy Afghan territory, nor will it allow any force to use Afghan territory against other countries. We have adjusted the focus of governance and focused on achieving stability and promoting development. We are willing to become a link for regional connectivity and seek common prosperity with our neighboring countries. We look forward to diplomatic recognition from neighbouring countries to the interim government of Afghanistan as soon as possible. Attention has been paid to protecting the rights and interests of women and children. Schools have been reopened. Girls' education has never been banned. A large number of women participate in all walks of life, such as medical treatment and education. We welcome all ethnic groups to participate in politics and will attract more professionals to participate in government work. He stressed that Afghanistan is facing great difficulties due to the hasty withdrawal of the United States, urged it to immediately lift the freeze on overseas assets and unreasonable sanctions against Afghanistan, and hoped that the international community would provide more support and help to Afghanistan. 3、 As guests, Indonesia and Qatar clarified their respective positions on the Afghan issue, appreciated the positive role played by the coordination and cooperation mechanism of Afghanistan's neighboring countries in maintaining regional stability and development, and stressed their willingness to continue to strengthen communication and dialogue with the interim government of Afghanistan and Afghanistan's neighboring countries. 4、 All parties spoke highly of China's building of a new platform for dialogue between neighbouring countries and the interim government of Afghanistan, and said that face-to-face exchanges have enhanced mutual understanding between countries in the region, especially between neighbouring countries and the interim government of Afghanistan, deepened the understanding of all parties on the reality of Afghanistan, and contributed to further consensus building.
