We should strengthen the assistance and relief work for the families of the victims and make them feel at ease. All relevant parties should carry out accident investigation in a scientific and orderly manner, organize experts from all aspects to comprehensively analyze aircraft data and various material evidence, and find out the cause and nature of the accident as soon as possible. We should do a good job in the follow-up information release in a smooth and orderly manner, continue to release information in accordance with the principles of timeliness, accuracy, openness and transparency, and actively respond to social concerns. The meeting pointed out that we should adhere to overall development and safety. Development must not be at the expense of safety. All parties must deeply learn lessons, draw inferences from one instance, further improve the production safety responsibility system, pay close attention to the implementation of production safety responsibilities, comprehensively carry out special inspection on production safety throughout the country, comprehensively investigate and rectify potential risks, prevent and curb all kinds of accidents to the greatest extent, and maintain social stability. If an accident occurs due to the non implementation of responsibilities, inadequate measures and formality of investigation and rectification, not only the directly responsible personnel shall be investigated for responsibility, but also the relevant leaders shall be seriously investigated for responsibility.
