No matter what changes take place in the international situation and in their respective countries, China will firmly pursue a friendly policy towards Pakistan, firmly support the Pakistani people in taking a development path in line with their national conditions, firmly support Pakistan in safeguarding its sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, and hope that all parties and factions in Pakistan will strengthen unity and cooperation and safeguard the overall situation of domestic development and stability. Second, accelerate common revitalization. Deepen the docking of development strategies, build a high-quality China Pakistan Economic Corridor, unswervingly promote key cooperation projects, expand cooperation in green, digital, poverty reduction, health and other fields, support Pakistan to develop industries, strengthen commerce, revitalize agriculture, and achieve more balanced, autonomous and sustainable development. Third, deepen counter-terrorism cooperation. China supports Pakistan in severely punishing the perpetrators of the Dasu terrorist attack, appreciates strengthening the security of Chinese personnel and projects in Pakistan, and will, as always, help Pakistan improve its capacity-building in law enforcement and security. Fourth, close multilateral cooperation. Strengthen coordination on international and regional issues such as Afghanistan and Ukraine, jointly practice true multilateralism, earnestly safeguard the basic norms of international relations, oppose power bullying and unilateral sanctions, and promote the development of the international order in a fair and reasonable direction.
