Recently, the special equipment information system (phase I) of Guangdong market supervision bureau was put into trial operation in the whole province. The system consists of three platforms: government affairs platform, enterprise special equipment independent management platform and special equipment information sharing platform. The on-site law enforcement module of special equipment safety supervision is developed in "Guangdong Zhengyi". The system collects the data of special equipment licensing, supervision, inspection, elevator maintenance, enterprise independent management and hidden danger investigation of the whole province. At present, it has been connected to many platforms, such as Guangdong government affairs big data center, Guangdong unified identity authentication platform, Guangdong government affairs service network, Guangdong special equipment supervision and random inspection system of Guangdong special inspection institute and so on. The system can automatically capture the data of administrative license, safety supervision, equipment inspection and assessment of special equipment operators, form visual analysis charts, analyze regulatory data, and carry out closed-loop management of collected problems and hidden dangers, so as to compact the regulatory responsibility of the whole chain. In order to supervise and urge the implementation of the main responsibility of enterprise safety, the system establishes two modules: equipment use management account and hidden danger investigation and risk management for enterprises on the independent management platform of enterprise special equipment. After the enterprise logs in to the platform to claim the equipment, it shall fulfill the primary responsibility of the use manager in the way of management account according to the contents set in the module, so as to ensure that the conditions such as equipment, personnel and system meet the use management requirements. At the same time, the system sets 13 lists of problems that need to be checked and reported in the inspection process, which are pushed by the inspection organization to the supervision system and the enterprise independent management platform through data exchange. The supervisors promote the closed-loop rectification of problems according to the task tracking mode in combination with the problems found in daily supervision. The system also takes the elevator as the breakthrough point and the QR code as the starting point to assign a code to each equipment and share the equipment inspection, supervision, management and maintenance information. When passengers are trapped in the elevator, the trapped elevator help information is automatically sent to the property and maintenance personnel's mobile phones by scanning the QR code, so as to realize one code help for passengers trapped in the elevator.
