Suspected of false publicity, and the actual goods purchased by some consumers are inconsistent with the merchant pictures, web pages and other publicity contents; Due to the problem of goods transportation, the prefabricated dishes for new year's Eve dinner ordered by consumers are delayed or received after new year's Eve; After sales problems, businesses cancel orders without consent, and consumers are blocked from requesting returns, refunds or compensation for losses. According to the report, consumers are most concerned about the food safety of prefabricated dishes, accounting for nearly 30%. At the same time, consumers are also concerned about whether the price of prefabricated dishes is reasonable, the production cost and difficulty after purchase, and whether the variety of dishes is complete. The survey results show that many consumers said that they encountered quality problems when buying prefabricated dishes, which are mainly reflected in the deterioration and corruption of dishes, stale ingredients, foreign matters in prefabricated dishes, expiration and so on. When asked whether the dishes taste as expected, more than 60% of consumers said that the taste of prefabricated dishes was average. The vast majority of consumers encounter the problem of unclear labeling information when purchasing prefabricated dishes, focusing on the unclear information of dish name, main ingredients, weight, production date or shelf life, price and so on. In terms of the types of prefabricated dishes, the strongest demand of consumers is to enrich the types of packages. In addition, the main problems encountered by some consumers in the process of picking up goods are the slow delivery of express delivery or slow logistics distribution. In this regard, Jiangsu Consumer Protection Commission suggested that the prefabricated vegetable industry should pay close attention to food safety and formulate a set of special food safety standards to improve consumer satisfaction; Product detailed standard identification to protect consumers' right to know; Ensure commodity transportation conditions and improve distribution efficiency; Subdivide the types of dishes to improve the taste and flavor of prefabricated dishes; Strengthen the supervision and management of the prefabricated vegetable market.
