The survey results show that many consumers said that they encountered quality problems when buying prefabricated dishes, which are mainly reflected in the deterioration and corruption of dishes, stale ingredients, foreign matters in prefabricated dishes, expiration and so on. When asked whether the dishes taste as expected, more than 60% of consumers said that the taste of prefabricated dishes was average. The vast majority of consumers encounter the problem of unclear labeling information when purchasing prefabricated dishes, focusing on the unclear information of dish name, main ingredients, weight, production date or shelf life, price and so on.
