In January this year, the Ministry of industry and information technology and other 10 departments jointly issued the guiding opinions on promoting the orderly transfer of manufacturing industry, put forward the main direction and key areas of undertaking industrial transfer in the central and western regions and northeast regions respectively, and defined the "road map" for the upgrading of manufacturing industry in different regions. China has a vast territory and vast space. Different regions have different resource endowments and different development levels. This makes us face the heavy task of promoting coordinated regional development, and also brings favorable conditions for enhancing the overall development momentum by activating the development momentum of different regions. The frequent "big strokes" of industrial layout rely on the advantages of China's strong economic toughness, great potential and large room for maneuver. In terms of division of labor positioning, it not only gives play to the advantages of rich energy resources, good construction conditions and low operating costs in the western region, but also makes up for the limitations of rising costs in energy use, labor and construction in the eastern region.
