In 2021, the Ministry of ecology and environment issued the reform plan for the legal disclosure system of environmental information and the management measures for the legal disclosure of enterprise environmental information and other supporting documents. According to laws and regulations, enterprises with large pollutant emissions, high environmental risks, toxic and harmful substances, high social attention and closely related to the interests of citizens are identified as the main body of environmental information disclosure, which comprehensively reflects the compliance of enterprises with ecological environment laws and regulations and environmental governance.
