According to the relevant provisions of the measures for the administration of preferential treatment certificates for veterans and other preferential treatment objects (for Trial Implementation), the prepared preferential treatment certificates will be mailed to the county-level Veterans Service Center that accepts the application. After completing the registration, counting the quantity, checking the packaging and other work to ensure that it is intact, the preferential treatment certificate will be distributed to the corresponding Veterans Service Station level by level, and will be distributed to the applicant through active delivery, collective issuance or other methods agreed by both parties. As the number of eligible applicants is different, the application time determined in the early stage is not exactly the same. At the same time, the specific application time may be adjusted according to the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control.
