Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Department of industry and information technology released the Guangdong intelligent manufacturing ecological partnership action plan (2022) (hereinafter referred to as the action plan) to further promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry and accelerate the construction of intelligent manufacturing ecology. Intelligent manufacturing ecological partner refers to the unit that provides various element resources to improve the intelligent manufacturing level of strategic pillar industrial clusters and strategic emerging industrial clusters in our province. According to the action plan, intelligent manufacturing ecological partners include but are not limited to: intelligent manufacturing equipment, key software, information network infrastructure, intelligent manufacturing system solutions, intelligent manufacturing talents, intelligent manufacturing financial services, intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration, etc. There are four main tasks to cultivate intelligent manufacturing ecology. First, continue to expand the ecological partner group. Further improve the selection criteria, widely select the second batch of provincial intelligent manufacturing ecological partners, expand the partner group with complete elements, advanced technology and high-quality service, and speed up the construction of intelligent manufacturing development ecology in our province. The action plan points out that according to the industrial foundation and the urgency of intelligent demand, the diversity group will update the catalogue of intelligent manufacturing ecological partners in Guangdong Province in batches, publish it, and implement annual dynamic management on the catalogue. Secondly, continuously improve the quality of ecological partners. Encourage ecological partners to vigorously carry out innovation in key technologies and service modes, and enhance the capacity of cross sectoral and multi-disciplinary integration and development. Speed up the capacity-building of public service platforms, give play to the important link and key node role of public service platforms, and strengthen the strategic industrial coverage of public service platforms and the supply and service capacity of key common elements. Furthermore, further promote the pilot demonstration application of intelligent manufacturing. Strengthen the policy guidance for the cultivation and development of strategic industrial clusters, continue to pay close attention to the construction of national intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects, and make an overall plan to promote the successful experience of intelligent manufacturing pilot demonstration projects at all levels in key industries. For the main cluster areas of strategic industrial clusters, organize and carry out special activities for intelligent manufacturing into clusters to improve the integrity and accuracy of intelligent manufacturing service industrial clusters. Finally, focus on creating an intelligent manufacturing development environment. We will promote and optimize the manufacturing talent training system integrating industry and education, encourage greater efforts to attract, educate and use talents, and build a high-quality and compound intelligent manufacturing talent team. Further guide and promote relevant financial institutions to accelerate the development of supply chain finance, financial leasing and other financial products that meet the characteristics of intelligent manufacturing, and innovate the mode of intelligent manufacturing financial services. According to the action plan, Guangdong Province will organize the selection of the second batch of intelligent manufacturing ecological partners and publish the list of the second batch of selected partners from February to may 2022.
