Novel coronavirus pneumonia must not be let down lightly. "Dynamic zero clearing" is a scientific and effective strategy for considering all factors in our country at this stage. For Hong Kong, "dynamic reset" is also a scientific choice in line with the actual situation of Hong Kong society. Hong Kong has a large population density, a high proportion of the elderly population and limited medical resources.
